GROUND OPS

Pricing

Pay for the work, not the roster.

Every other platform charges a full seat for someone who works once a month, so operators keep their subcontractors out of the software and text them instead. Every broadcast, compliance check, and photo on those work orders is lost. Ground Ops prices the sporadic worker at what the sporadic worker costs.

Price your operation

Move the sliders. Nothing here is a quote and nothing is hidden.

This sets your base. Everything below is people.

Not counting you. Anyone working steadily reaches the $15 maximum.

Leave out anyone who ran no work orders. They cost nothing.

That is $6 each.

Also not counting you. Your owner seat comes with the base.

$129/mo
Base $69
Full-time field crew $60
Subcontractors who worked $0
Office staff $0

If every one of those people worked flat out, you would pay $99 a month. That is the base plus fifteen dollars for every person on the account.

The whole price list

Two tables. The base moves with the work you run. People cost what they work, and no person ever costs more than fifteen dollars.

Add a trade for nineteen dollars

Power washing on top of cleaning, handyman on top of turnover. Same account, same crew, same invoice. You get that trade's skill tags, checklists, and compliance rules, not just a new line on a quote. Jobber's own help center tells operators running a second business to open a second account with a second subscription.

Your accountant logs in free

One free login per account. They can read your books, reconcile, and export. They cannot touch your schedule, your clients, or your crew. Nobody else in this segment offers it.

We don't gate the tools you need to grow

Every module we build ships to every account on day one. There is no plan above yours.

Our price moves with your work, not your wish list

Your base rises when you run more work orders. It never rises because you needed a feature. Those are different things, and only one of them punishes you for growing.

A subcontractor who runs one job costs three dollars

One who runs thirty costs fifteen. One who runs none costs nothing at all. Send a work order to twenty subcontractors and only the one who accepts and starts it appears on your invoice. Broadcasts are free and cancelled work orders are free.

Hiring someone does not change your bill

When a subcontractor becomes an employee they were already billed on the work they did, so they simply start reaching the fifteen dollar maximum every month instead of some months. What changes is the paperwork: the required documents flip from W-9 and certificate of insurance to I-9, W-4, and workers compensation, and Ground Ops blocks dispatch until those land.

Your maximum is one sentence long

Your base, plus fifteen dollars for every person on your account. Nothing else. Ground Ops shows your running work order count and your per-person totals all month, so you never learn anything from an invoice.

What real operations pay

Actual configurations, including one no competitor can price: an owner with a virtual assistant and a twenty-person subcontractor bench where twelve worked that month.

Pricing, answered

The questions operators actually ask before they switch.

What counts as a work order?

One scheduled piece of work at one service address. It counts toward your monthly total when the assigned person starts it. Cancelled work orders never count, and a work order that stops and restarts counts once.

What happens if I go over 150 work orders?

Your base moves to the next band and stays there while your volume does. Ground Ops shows your running count all month, so you will never learn about it from an invoice. The base stops rising at $189, no matter how much work you run.

Do I pay for subcontractors who do not work?

No. A person who runs zero work orders in a billing cycle costs nothing. Keep your entire bench in Ground Ops year round at no cost, and only the people who actually start work orders appear on your invoice. Every other platform in this segment charges a full seat whether the person works once a month or thirty times.

Do broadcasts cost anything?

No. Send a work order to twenty subcontractors and only the one who accepts and starts it costs you anything. Charging for a broadcast would tax the thing this pricing exists to encourage.

What if my busy season doubles my crew?

Your bill goes up while they work and comes back down when they stop. There is no plan to upgrade and no plan to downgrade, so a seasonal operation is never paying winter rates for a summer roster.

What happens to my bill when a subcontractor becomes an employee?

Nothing changes on your invoice. That person was already billed on the work they did, and they simply start reaching the fifteen dollar monthly maximum every month instead of some months. What does change is the paperwork: the required document set flips from W-9 and certificate of insurance to I-9, W-4, and workers compensation, and Ground Ops blocks dispatch until those documents are on file.

Is anything behind a higher plan?

No. There is no higher plan. Every module ships to every account on day one, including scheduling, dispatch, the compliance gate, subcontractor broadcasts, checklists, estimates, invoicing, expenses, mileage, payouts, reconciliation, and taxes. When lead capture, the sales pipeline, and analytics ship, they ship to every account too.

Why do you charge for office staff but meter field crews?

Because work orders are what a field person does, and that gives us something fair to measure. A dispatcher or an office manager has no work orders to count, so they sit at the same fifteen dollar ceiling every person on the account shares. Nobody ever costs more than fifteen dollars, and field people can cost less.

What is the maximum I could be billed?

Your base, plus fifteen dollars for every person on your account. Nothing else, ever.

Your whole bench lives in Ground Ops. The ones who work show up on the invoice.
